Where, oh where, are the River Hawks today? ๐ค A hint is that the River Hawks were found in a place where students walk into our school each and every day. Where oh, where did they play today?
The students and staff are away... so the River Hawks decided it's time to play! Keep an eye out this summer to see where they pop up next! ๐
While you're enjoying your summer adventures, don't forget to:
๐ Read every day.
โ Practice your math facts.
๐ Join the Skowhegan Public Library Summer Reading Program for even more fun, books, and exciting activities!
๐ Check out the area summer meal programs for free, nutritious lunches.

Please read the attached letter from Mrs.Mitchell. Mrs. Mitchell has been a part of our district for 20+ years and will always be "part" of our district even as she takes on a new job as the Principal of the Madison Jr-Sr High School. We wish her well and we hope she visits us to say hello to children when her schedule allows. Good luck Mrs. Mitchell!!! The attached letter will also be placed in class placement letters. Please continue to enjoy the summer!

Where, oh where, are the River Hawks today? ๐ค Don't tell Mr. LeBlanc, Ms. Grenier, Mr. Finn, Ms. Stevens, Ms Haiss, and Ms. Cates all the places the River Hawks have played!!!! They better pick up their messes!

Happy 4th of July to our MCSCS students and families!
We loved welcoming our graduating seniors back for the annual Graduate Walk-Through in June. It was a special celebration as our entire schoolโfrom our infants and toddlers to our 5th gradersโlined the halls to cheer them on.
Student aspirations are an important part of our MSAD 54 vision. Seeing our graduates return to the halls where many of them began their educational journey inspires our students to dream big, set goals for middle school and high school, explore their interests, and work toward one day walking these same halls as graduates themselves.
We are incredibly proud of our graduates and all they have accomplished. We wish each of you the very best as you begin your next chapter beyond MSAD 54. Congratulations, and may your future be filled with success, happiness, and endless opportunities!

4th Installment of the Field Day FUN!!! MCSCS ended the school year with Field Day for grades Pre-K to 5th grade. The students loved the variety of stations provided by Mr. LeBlanc and Ms. Grenier AND all 48 parent /family/caregiver volunteers that came throughout the day. You will see in the pictures that the weather was perfect and the fun plentiful.
