Margaret Chase Smith Community School

Never Forget!  Once again, the fourth and fifth grade students of Margaret Chase Smith Community School have created the 9-11 Memorial.  It is located at the entrance of the Skowhegan Area High School lawn.  It always takes my breath away as I look upon all the flags knowing that each flag represents a life taken from us on this day 24 years ago.  I encourage you to take a look and perform an act of kindness as a tribute and reminder of how we all came together across the world to help each other during the days following this tragic day! Be kind to one another!  Thank you to everyone involved in making this another successful display.-Carla Seymour
